World by Steps is a fitness and wellness app that tracks your walking and running activity to simulate a virtual world tour. The app uses data from HealthKit, device motion sensors, and location services to provide its features.

3. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to manipulate step data or progress.

4. Health Disclaimer

The app is designed for general fitness motivation and is not a medical device. Step counts, distances, and calorie estimates are approximations. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue arising from the use of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the app are the property of World by Steps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Accuracy of Data

While we strive for accuracy, step counts, distances, and calorie estimates depend on your device's sensors and may not be perfectly precise. The virtual world tour distances are based on approximations and are intended for motivational purposes.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World by Steps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
